Trained Care Representatives are available to listen to your concerns, challenges, and problems and can propose a course of action along with a list of helpful resources specific to your situation. If you need more tangible support, or are facing an urgent situation with your child’s drug use, we can help you access a Mental Health Counsellor to provide support and guide you with suggestions and solutions that best respond to your immediate needs – together with your child or individually.
The Parent Support Hub provides access to
- An interactive chat box and phone line with trained care representatives available 24/7 to answer questions/concerns about youth substance use and provide direction to relevant resources.
- When necessary, urgent cases can be referred to a mental health professional for short term counselling support.
The Parent Support Hub is powered by LifeWorks, and is a 24/7 free service available for people across Canada.
