Get support when you need it the most
Whether you want to help a young person prevent problematic substance use, help them address their regular substance use, or support their efforts to overcome problematic substance use, we are here to guide you through the information and resources designed to support your specific questions and refer you to a Mental Health Professional for family or individual counselling.
The Parent Support Hub gives you immediate access to:
- Care representatives who are available 24/7 to answer questions/concerns about youth substance use and provide direction to relevant resources.
- When necessary, urgent cases can be referred to a mental health professional for short term counselling support.

Trained Care Representatives are available to listen to your concerns, challenges, and problems and can propose a course of action along with a list of helpful resources specific to your situation.
If you need more tangible support, or are facing an urgent situation with your child’s drug use, we can help you access a Mental Health Counsellor to provide support and guide you with suggestions and solutions that best respond to your immediate needs – together with your child or individually.
